泰式杂果冰虾沙律 Tropical Fruit and Prawn Salad


准备时间Prep Time:  10 - 15 mins
烹调时间Cooking Time:  5 mins
份量Serving:  3  人份/servings  


热带杂果   Tropical Fruits

中虾   250g prawns
奇异果  1 kiwifruit
芒果   1 mango
杨桃   1 starfruit
青苹果  1 green apple
火龙果  1/2 dragonfruit
草莓   12  strawberries
芫荽 少许  litter coriander leaves
胡罗卜 少许   little carrots

沙律酱 Dressing

泰国鱼露面 2 1/2 tbsps Thai fish sauce
柠檬汁 2 tbsps fresh lime juice
白糖 3 tbsps suger
小辣椒 5 chilli padi




步骤 Steps:


(1)   以烧水烫熟鲜虾, 然后将之泡在冰水中。Cooked prawns with boiled water and soaked them in ice water.



(2)   将水果切成小块,  并搅匀沙律酱。Cut fruits into small pieces and mix all ingredients for dressing, stir well.



(3)加入沙律酱,然后将杂果搅匀。Add dressing and toss well.



(4)最后,  以芫荽作装饰,然后放上虾上桌.  Decorate with coriander leaves and top with prawns.
